Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Auk Gear purchase, you may return unused merchandise, that still have the original tags attached, within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price including applicable sales tax.

• To initiate a return please email shop@aukgear.com with your order number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. You will then receive a response with detailed instructions with all the necessary information to return your item(s).
• Returned items will be refunded with applicable sales tax in original payment method.
• Shipping and handling is not refunded.
• All returns are subject to physical inspection. Auk Gear must have the product back and it will be inspected before a credit is issued, credits are only issued on new/unused products.
• Once we receive the returned product a credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Need a different Color or Size?

We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different Color or Size please follow the above steps to return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you wanted to exchange for. We would be happy to help you place a new order with free standard shipping for the purchase of the new item(s) you were wanting in exchange.
