Shipping Policy

Here at Auk Gear we focus on getting you in the outdoors to enjoy your paradise just as quickly as possible, that’s why all orders received by 1:00pm PST Monday-Friday ship the same day. All orders received over the weekend are guaranteed to ship the following business day.

• We cannot ship to a PO Box, please provide a physical address for a UPS delivery.
• The Auk Gear online store can only be used for orders shipped within the United States.
• Orders received by 1:00pm PST Monday-Friday will ship the same day, orders received after 1:00pm PST will ship the following business day. (Holiday’s excluded)
• Orders are shipped from our California warehouse and transit times can be vary from 1-6 business days from the shipment date.
• Orders will ship by UPS ground service.
• If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
