At Auk Gear we build products that will exceed your expectations when it comes to quality and durability.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all Auk Gear products from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. The Auk Gear Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damaged caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, negligent / improper usage, or from being lost or stolen.

Everything on this earth has a life span, even Auk Gear products, and our Lifetime Guarantee covers the lifetime of the components and materials that make up our products, and that our products will be delivered to you free of any workmanship defects. While we always choose to use the very best components and materials when building all Auk Gear products, all things degrade over time. All paradises are different, and over the course of each products life, the elements of exposure, frequency and duration of use as well as the quality of care will vary for each product, and so does the lifetime of each Auk Gear product depending on those variables.
